Know who manages the reservation
The Title KR Beach Condotel Rawai Phuket refers to a particular operator’s accommodation, rather than every unit in The Title development. The manager’s Booking description explicitly presents a condotel arrangement: the development’s juristic reception is a separate entity and offers limited assistance with the accommodation.
That distinction matters if arriving late or needing help during the stay. Obtain the operator’s contact and check-in instructions, and agree how problems or requests are handled. A staffed desk within a development is not necessarily the desk responsible for your reservation. The Rawai waterfront is across the road; it should not be read as a private swimming beach belonging to the unit.
Shared pools and private cooking space
Expedia lists three outdoor pools, a children’s pool, sauna, steam facilities, gym and parking. Units are described with balconies, kitchenettes, rainfall showers, safes and workspaces. Establish which equipment belongs to the selected unit, particularly if cooking is central to the stay.
Ora Nisha’s 8 August 2026 review, after nine July nights, praised a very clean unit and professional staff. Sajid, reviewing on 14 January 2023, liked the maintained units, pools, security and nearby restaurants and market. Anthony’s 22 December 2021 account of a November stay described a refrigerator, stove, sink and microwave, but found rain-wet paths slippery. An April 2019 review after fourteen March nights liked a light room, large balcony, pool area and housekeeping.
A fit for an independent routine
The strongest use case is a Rawai apartment stay supported by shared facilities, with the operator’s service arrangements understood. Agree cleaning frequency and any other assistance explicitly. Earlier praise for housekeeping or kitchen equipment does not establish an identical package across all apartments or bookings.
