A suite base on the Panwa hillside
X10 Seaview Suites Panwa Beach is a ten-suite property at 3/30 Moo 8, Khao Khad–Ao Yon Road in Vichit. The official presentation centres on suites for short and longer stays, with cooking facilities and outdoor space. This is a hillside setting where the layout matters alongside the sea outlook.
The two named accommodation choices deserve separate attention. The Seaview Pool Suite specifically identifies a private plunge pool, while the Two-Bedroom Seaview Suite offers additional bedrooms and a second bathroom. A private plunge pool should not be assumed simply because a booking contains the words “sea view.”
The Seaview Pool Suite
The official Pool Suite equipment list includes a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and crockery. A dining setting and sitting area make it possible to eat and spend time in the suite without using the bed as the only place to sit. The private plunge pool provides a separate place to cool down outside.
This category lists a king or two single beds, plus a sofa bed. The stated maximum is three adults, or two adults and one child, with charges for the additional occupant using the sofa bed. That makes the extra sleeping arrangement different from having a second bedroom. A bathtub and separate shower, ceiling fan, air conditioning and Wi-Fi complete the published room facilities.

What changes in the two-bedroom suite
The Two-Bedroom Seaview Suite also lists a full-size refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and kitchen equipment, together with living and dining space. Its second bathroom is a useful distinction for people sharing accommodation: there is more than one bathroom to coordinate around mornings or returning from the beach.
The official category includes a balcony, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a sitting area and a sofa bed. Its published capacity is up to five people, with an extra charge for a fifth adult. The category page lists a bathtub and separate shower. These are the relevant features for comparing the larger suite with the Pool Suite; the private plunge pool is specifically identified for the latter.
Laundry, snacks and the shared pool
The official facilities page describes a round-the-clock Grab & Go snack facility, a coin-operated launderette and a fitness room open throughout the day. An iron and ironing board are available, and a gas barbecue is listed at the beach pool. These are concrete advantages for a stay organised around preparing some food and washing clothes.
There is also a communal swimming pool, Wi-Fi, luggage storage and reception. Taxi assistance, airport transfers, car rental and excursion arrangements are listed as services, without establishing that transport or activities are included in the room rate. Grab & Go is a snack facility; it should not be confused with a full restaurant.
The stairs and shoreline deserve attention
A family reviewing four January 2026 nights praised helpful staff, cleaning, pool views and beach access, but found the frequent stairs demanding. The same visitor reported limited bathroom privacy between rooms and an unappealing exposed shoreline at low tide. These are useful observations about that stay, rather than guaranteed conditions at every tide or in every suite.
Marcus praised particularly helpful staff after thirteen November 2025 nights. Sze Lam’s April 2025 review was broadly positive but mentioned unstable water pressure and temperature. Meredith, reviewing in 2022 a February 2020 stay, liked a private patio pool while noting a rocky seabed and limited shared loungers.
Which suite matters more than the label
The strongest reason to compare X10’s categories is how the space will be used: a private plunge pool for time outside the room, or two bedrooms and another bathroom for a shared stay. Cooking equipment, laundry and the communal pool support either arrangement. The hillside access is equally central to the experience, especially when moving repeatedly between the suite and shared facilities.
