Near the northern Old City

Jane’s House is at 248/66 Maneenoparat Road, Sripoom, Chiang Mai, near the North Gate side of the Old City. Listed room equipment includes air conditioning, a refrigerator, kettle, minibar and hairdryer, with terrace space. Mountain or city views should be matched to the offered unit rather than assumed.

Personal attention can feel different

Carolina’s review dated 28 November 2023 appreciated Goi’s attentive welcome, a homely setting and a short walk to the Old City. Quiet nights helped persuade her to book her final two nights there again.

Charles Rene’s 13 December 2022 account also reported sleeping well, but found the owner’s involvement excessive and felt watched. That is a subjective contrast with Carolina’s positive experience, not evidence that every guest encounters the same style of attention.

Agree the practical details

The listing requests advance notice of arrival and includes bank-transfer payment terms. Confirm the conditions attached to your own reservation. Jane’s House’s clearest appeal is a small, personally hosted base near the northern Old City, with the older accounts showing that preferences about host interaction can matter.
