A South Pattaya city base
VC Hotel is at 492 Moo 10, Pratumnak Road, South Pattaya. Its own description places it near Walking Street, surrounded by shopping and entertainment. That is the central attraction for a traveller who wants to spend time in this part of Pattaya rather than organise the whole stay around a secluded resort.
The official inventory spans Buildings A and B, from compact studios to substantially larger rooms. Establish the building and category before reserving.
Compact studios and much larger rooms
The official room table lists Building A Standard rooms at 20 square metres, Deluxe at 50 and Grand Deluxe at 55–60. Building B Studios are 15 square metres; its two Family Studio categories are listed at 30 and 45 square metres. These are meaningful differences in usable space, especially for a stay longer than a few nights.
Air conditioning, television, refrigerator, minibar and Wi-Fi are listed room amenities. Bathrooms have either a bathtub or shower, so a walk-in shower should not be assumed for every category. If stepping into a tub is difficult, ask specifically about the bathroom in the available room.
Use the published dimensions for comparison, and check the chosen booking offer for current inclusions.

Pool, fitness and practical services
The official facilities page places the swimming pool on the ground floor and lists a fitness centre. This gives the stay an on-site swimming and exercise option between city outings. The pool is a hotel facility rather than a private feature of an individual room.
Front-desk services include taxi assistance, laundry and foreign exchange, with Wi-Fi listed in the lobby and restaurant. Room service is also described, covering meals and light snacks. Confirm service availability and charges when using them rather than treating every item as included in the room rate.
Oasiz and the terrace
Oasiz Restaurant offers Thai, Arabic and Western à la carte menus. The separate terrace is described as a shaded setting for snacks, lunch and drinks during daylight hours. That combination supplies an on-site alternative when the group wants different types of food or a break before heading out again.
A restaurant on the premises does not establish that breakfast or any other meal is included with every room. Check the terms of your chosen rate, particularly when comparing a compact studio offer with a larger category.
Recent guests describe different buildings differently
An April 2026 guest, reviewing on 3 May, disliked a cramped, musty room in an older building but reported an improved stay after moving to another building. That room had a shower over a bathtub. Kelly Hauroo’s April stay, reviewed on 24 May, instead brought praise for the location, cleanliness and staff.
Isas stayed in a Studio with one king bed in July 2026 and reviewed on 3 September, considering the older hotel more suitable for two or three nights than a longer visit. A Studio Twin guest’s July return visit, reviewed on 12 August, brought praise for breakfast and the location.
The useful conclusion is specific: reserve VC Hotel by room category and building, with the bathroom arrangement clear. Its South Pattaya position and on-site facilities may suit the trip, while the recent accounts make it unwise to assume every room provides the same experience.
