Facilities Koh Similan (Koh Paed)
It is necessary that facilities should be adequate to accommodate and impress the increasing number of tourists. Though located very far offshore, Koh Paed has all facilities needed including food shops, camping ground, and toilets.
Tent
As there is no lodge on koh Paed, tourists need to use tents. Two camping grounds are available on Koh Paed-at Ao Kuak Ma and Ao Nguang Chang-but after the Tsunamis attack, Ao Nguang Chang is temporarily closed for improvement. Ao Kuak Ma camping site at the rear of the National Park Office in front of Ao Kuak Ma has big rain-proof and wind-proof tents that can accommodate upto with beddings for two persons. Fee for own-tent is only 80 bath/ person.
Food
Food shops near the National Park Office are open daily during 07.00- hrs. Each dish is cooked to-order to guarantee freshness. Drinking water per bottle is 20 bath, soft drink is 30 bath, beer is 50-60 bath, all are in cash.
